DEAR COLLEAGUES;


Functional Cosmetics – Aesthetic Gynecology continues to be a rising trend all over the world. With the demands, applications in this field are increasing rapidly and are developing day by day. These procedures which are renewed rapidly, create a training gap for physicians who want to work in the field, and these physicians need to attend various courses and trainings to fill this gap. Nowadays, there are many courses organised by different centers due to this demand.

On the other hand, some of the issues raised by colleagues who attended these courses as trainees also reveal the lacks of the courses. If we take a look at these complaints from our colleagues;

1. Some of the announced subtitles of the courses are not explained during the course or are mentioned very superficial.


2. Instead of all subtopics of cosmetic gynecology, most of the courses includes only daily popular subtopics.


3. Procedures are not taught sufficiently that participants can “apply on their own practice” after the course.


4. Since some trainers do not have enough experience about the subjects they teach, the questions of the participants may remain un-answered or insufficient, especially about indications, contraindications, surgical margins and complications.


In this course, which we organized keeping all these issues in mind, we covered all the topics in the field of cosmetic gynecology in detail. We planned to support all procedures with video and modeling techniques as well as theoretical explanation and to put them into practice with hands-on applications on live patients. Our aim is to carry each trainee to a level where they can do all the procedures alone in their own practice, when the course is completed. While doing this, our knowledge and experience of nearly 20 years in the field of cosmetic gynecology, our international reliability and recognition in this field are guiding us.


As with all our previous courses, this course will also be open to all colleagues who want to work in the field and will be credited with CME by AACME (American Association of Continuing Medical Education) the world's largest educating accreditation institution. So, all the paticipants who attend the course will have two international certificates of FAGA* and AACME*


COURSE WILL BE INTERNATIONAL AND THE COURSE LANGUAGE WILL BE ENGLISH. However, there will be a spontaneous translation English to Turkish except in the operation theatre.


The number of participants will be limited, so that mutual communication on learning-teaching could be more effective. In addition, all necessary support will be given to our trainees, especially in case of any problems they may have in the early period of their practice after the course.
