SATURDAY:

​

Morning: Video Demonstration and 3D Modelling Session: Many different types of cases especially  surgical will be shown during the clear video demostrations  including “Which Technique, Why and How?” and 3D modelling which will provide to understand the procedures before the hands on sessions

​

Afternoon: Hands On practice on live patients in the operation threatre

​

 Whole day Hands On practice on live patients in the operation threatre

 PARTICIPANTS SHOULD PAY ATTENTION THE ISSUES BELOW

​

​

  • This course is international and the course language will be english in all parts. There is also a simultaneous translation from English to Turkish except for the parts in the operation theatre.

​

  • Course Fee includes; participation to all course parts, joining the procedures as an operating partner of the trainers, Course Badge, three lunch (table d’hote or lunch box), tea, coffee and snacks in all the coffee breaks, two seperated certificates of attendance by FAGA and AACME.

​

  • In case of need, course organising committee can change the course venue and/or hospital.

​

  • For the last day of the course, It is advised to arrange your returning plan (flight tickets, etc.) late in the night or at the day after because of the posibility of alongating surgeries due to number of cases.

​

  • EARLY BIRD DATE: 30 days prior to the first day of the event, at 18.00 PM (GMT+03:00, Istanbul Time)

  • CANCELATION:

​

     1 - 60 days prior to the first day of the event: Total Refund (after cutting the transfer expenses)

​

     2 - 31-59 days prior to the first day of the event: Only %50 refund of the course fee

​

     3 - 30 days prior to the first day of the event: NO REFUND​​

​

  • In any case of postponement by participant, you can participate the next course by paying %20 penalty.

​
